Jasmine is quite nourishing to the skin. This lovely scented flower is high in antioxidants which help fight free radicals and encourage cellular renewal, protecting skin from damage that can lead to premature aging. Jasmine eases the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin as it improves elasticity, encouraging a plumper, supple skin tone. Jasmine is great for dry skin as it provides beneficial moisture without clogging pores.
