Due to the nature of skin care products, returns are not accepted and we do not offer refunds. Sample sizes are available of most items so that you may try them out before you purchase the full sizes. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work resolve the issue.

Please report any order issues to us within 7 days of receipt. If you received a damaged item please report the issue within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a replacement product at no cost. We will require a pic of the damage/issue to better serve our customers in the future. Contact us with the details, including the order number.

We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments that are updated as delivered in the tracking. However, we will do our best to help resolve any such issues. The customer is responsible for supplying the correct shipping address. Packages returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded minus 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses.

International customers are advised to research the customs fees of their country. International orders may have customs fees assessed at the destination. The customer is responsible to pay any customs fees assessed on arrival. We do not pay the customs fees levied by your country.


We are a small, ecologically conscious company. Angel Face Botanicals sources Certified Organic, Ethically Wild-harvested & Fair Trade whenever possible. We are against GMO's and do not use any GMO raw materials. Everything we make is vegan except the Shea Butter Balms and Lip Balms which use organic beeswax, and our Honey Crystal Mask which uses raw organic honey. Angel Face Botanicals is continuously increasing the organic content of our products. All ingredients listed "Organic" are Certified Organic raw materials from our suppliers. We are cruelty free and absolutely against animal testing.

Even with the most natural of ingredients allergies are always possible. The customer is responsible to be aware of their own sensitivities. We are not responsible for your allergies and sensitivities. The complete ingredients for each product are listed in the product description under the Ingredients tab. Please choose the sample/trial/travel sizes for your first order and do a patch test on an inconspicuous area before using on your face if you have sensitive skin. Your credit card number is transmitted directly between the issuing bank and credit card processor. We do not receive or keep any credit card information.


Our products are sold by weight, not volume. Some items, such as bath salts may settle during transport. Angel Face Botanicals products are made from natural raw materials & may vary slightly accordingly. We reserve the right to make slight adjustments to our recipes according to the availability of high quality ingredients.
